I also dunno how they survive. The reason I know about it was because it is the start/end point of a park connector (as in those not by the main roads type).
I think last time got some gaming shops there. Not sure if still around. The main entrance is hidden from the road which is quite strange.
last time is got many " dirty ktv , spa " now still got but not like last time. One of my " dirty " client told me.
The most profitable shop there is the Maid Agency at the back end of the complex.
