This likely has got to do with their vaccines mix.

Likely mRNA is useless. Other than giving people side effects, mRNA is a useless technology.

In Sg, so many "experts" (including HC) keep telling us China's vaccines are not effective! 

The secret is that HK banned any flight if they deemed the country covid number is not safe.
