whenever i pick up a normal call or whatsapp call and also i make a normal phone call or make a whatsapp callmy hp goes completely blank all black cant see the other party particulars,need to press the power on off switch to know the know the other party particulars.
after ard an hr remote help fr samsung call ctr still cant solve
finally told to remove the hp back cover
then it works
