this FARKER.................now PAP will have excuse NOT to build more such flats................
Rental flats have restrictions and HDB does check to be sure the person is indeed needy. How can be that he has annuities and huge passive income and still get to rent HDB?
That's why I said earlier that PAP using the size of HDB as yardstick for distributing benefits is flawed...... Rolleyes
If ever I strike Toto and ahead a million I will still be staying in my family 2 room flat.

Why?

Because $1M cannot even buy a decent size condo....at most a crammed studio apartment.
He is smart to be low profile. Imagine the number of so-called financial advisors and distant relatives who would otherwise be pestering him and eyeing his fortune.
farking cheeby PAP
out of job
i apply for a rental flat from HDB

KKN rejected

people with one million dollars in their bank got cheap rental flat approved

EPIC keep telling I do " for free "

FYI HE GOT LOST MONEY
Obviously, due to current crises.

He always like to claim " my FIRST pot of gold is from these type of financial crises " Hello now is the year 2022

He always like to so call help start up also claim " got own business "

Oh yea than why so good why haven't inside SG TOP Richest Boss in the list ?

I feel He just another tag with Govt etc like to promote CPF stuffs in the first place etc

Again want me show his site again ? Showing he took photo with Chan Chun Sing, Tharman ?
If he rents before he gets the wealth
Otherwise he is not honest and deprive those who really need one

" if " he got Govt financial aid is " something not right " just base on the housing he stay.

i got one person used to stay in rental flat claim Govt noticed his income and family income improve so never get financial aid and rebates. Later they upgrade their flat to non rental.
what is the point

many are like him
bringing millions with him to see God

stupid
and now he become dementia

He would have use his money to maintain health

now what can his million help him

many are like him
Stop because of oneself destroy other's life .If he have been living a contented life during his younger days with a good saving, thats is what he deserves. This is his fruits of harvest.
Majority love to spend a lot trying to live a luxurious life without healthy saving when younger left nothing when aged, who is at fault?

He could have sold away his HDB flat or condo or landed house for CASH

Whatever he did in the past to save a million in cash

He made the wrong decision to RENT

He should have bought a resale HDB flat

And enjoy his life untill he die

He would leave behind more money to his beneficiaries

Than holding cash or cbailj stocks like talent's Cosco or sgbuffett's SembMarine

You're not in a position to tell him what to do. He chose to rent and it's his choice. Don't be a kaypoh and tell people how they should live their lives.

Someone in HDB is sleeping.

This millionaire only needs to pay $26 per month to rent HDB flat.
Why gov check his savings acc ?
For low wage worker with monthly salary $1500 to $1800
to save a million will take how many year?
