Why the careless PAP did not want to protect those elderly workers?

Can't the law say they cannot work more than 2 hours of OT per day?

Since they already have lower salary and paid lesser CPF rates too

whereas is totally Opposite inside public sectors/ stats board. Those senior old ones ironic get lesser jobs to do whereas those just join in as civil servants cover their works and doing new tasks lol...when you go ask the Director you feel " Unfair " they will tell u " Oh train you " EPIC is the Director also not young one also senior work for years inside. More EPIC now a days inside
got more than one deputy director than what assistant deputy director down to managers also got many.

Its not careless, they got boardsided thinking they have done enough to take care of the elderly
