I noticed now a days Locals seem towards " Downgrading " instead Upgrading
whereas the foreigners, PR , New Citizen are towards Upgrading.
I see my area recently noticed new home owners who buy over the resale flat from Locals are Pinyos.
Of course, with PAP lies
Future Courses already cannot upgrade us
Then salary downgrade, house must also downgrade, too
Only 61% NAIVE cannot see the motion and the big picture

actually " IF " Pinyo, CECA, Malaysian etc can buy over a High price Resale flat from locals put high asking price.
Obviously these people is not your so call " low tier foreigner workers/talents " these people monthly wages is quite reasonable high obviously or else why got the money buy over your High price resale HDB flat.
