Build for FTs then should be located at Simei or Marine Parade, lah

It was announced in July 2021 that plans were made for Bedok Point to be redeveloped into a mixed-use residential development, as reported by CNA. follow Yishun North point is correct.

 Just like its neighbour, Bedok Mall.
people redeveloped and make big money. no need to throw sour grape here.
just ignore them as part of history of rebuilding.
