the scheme of selling some lease years back to hdb was there a long time ago. selling a smaller lease is like sell full lease then buy back part of lease. they just combine the deal.
if i m those affected. i will sell the old flat for addiitonal cash. buy another old units in amk . still has money left over after reno.
view this as pm departing goodies to those residents. but poor reporting has make a good event looks like bad.
by the way how many people was really sour for being in sers. can anyone give a number or only a few families trying to get more compensations making a lot of noise?
