actually houses and cars are very cheap to build. they becum expensive due to other reasons

base on the money you pay for a BTO flat in SG and daily expenses or you got own a car.

That money you used in Thailand is UPGRADE like you stay in Sentosa coven in SG.

Last time travel to there by bus took half a day.
