Perhaps this current new owner will FLIP High at resale market as usual see got any one will buy or not in future when NEW BTO FLATS been build in front.
BUT Have to take noted, the lease will be shorter as years gone by. IF I right , Should be next year early or 2024 , 2025 HDB will official announce new BTO flats at there.
