Modified shotgun - WTF does that mean ? Weaker rounds being fired ?
What's weird is the alleged shooter who reportedly had "served in Japan's military for 3 years", fail to aim at the head, instead landing his rounds in the "chest and neck area".
Any basic military training will infuse soldiers to aim for the head leh... Some more this occur during an election campaign by Abe...Hmmm....
