I am not sure what Macron was trying to do when he publicly gatecrashed Biden's entourage during G7 summit....It seems the French president was deliberately letting the media know that old Joe (who reacted as usual pretty lost...) don't know Saudi is not going to help while the West are busy sanctioning Russian oil.
