on surface the lady is at fault. but think the parties involved can come together and resolve the differences. some times it is little pressure build up over the long q time. then a small event spark the anger to release the storm. common problem. make it small and disappear not make it big and make it worse. if someone go to jail, no one benefits. better to have some money benefits. authorities can help future events by q move faster? electronics clearance. self help etc.
