How to ban. My work place i easily can see 20 ppl mingle around during morning and after lunch.

It's too little, too late.

We are used to gather around with more than 8 persons, especially during lunch break

Yes our bus captains are infected with Covid-19 virus, therefore it makes travelling by bus is risky.

Not only.bus. Trains, malls and all crowded places are risky. Just avoid if possible.....
