Lols,, simple means thin is healthy lor.
Not always thin is healthy
Thin can be sick in body
Let me suggest a view, mostly genetic unless you can really change your lifestyle...

Thin small frame people should technically have a longer and healthier life. Think of your human shell as a finite carbon shell that decays over time and that you do have a preset number of breaths and heart beat.

So when you are of small frame and tiny, you have less stress and even gravity takes a much lesser toll on you. And then you eat much less so less oxidation occurs. You also exercise less so your heartbeat is not used up so quickly.

Adjust the frame, size, weight and heartbeat burn rate and you can then work out the relative longevity for each other person...
common sense, if eat more and exercise less, sure grow fat, but if eat more and exercise less and cannot grow fat,
there must be something wrong with the body, better go for check up.

To eat more n exercise less and grow fat is perfectly normal.
