Sure boh..lj la those parenrs always tell other parents study not so important but memtal health more important etc etc but knn ownselves secretly bring their stupid kid to tuition paying hundreds n thousands of dollars...
If majority need to be tutored, what is school for? If minority need to be tutored , it proved the school is adequate,if not school is just a facade.
