CECA will hire their own people but the same aged problem still exists. Why foreigners who know nothing about our local laws can be hired for HR or Finance positions. This is the fault of our Govt.

In the First place, JoTeo made a HUGE mistake

to allow FTs to come without the relevant experience

like Parachuting SAF / Army Generals

And when they break the law, Double Standards kicks in

JoTeo should be sacked

I don’t think we can do anything even you cry father and cry mother also no use.

It is an atrcious offence against us but sadly true, our Govt will never punish them. On the side note, can our Govt even take responsibility to circumvent this?
