The high new infection case is no longer viewed as a threat to the country in today's world.  It is actually viewed as beneficial for countries to have high infection rates and low death rates.  It saves the Government a lot of money in the fight against Covid and definitely helps to boost the economy.  The evidence are all over the globe.
