No say people always complain Govt , LOOK AT THEMSELVES HOW THEY Managed Public funds. Than EPIC not enough increase this and that because they ANYHOW use Public funds

They should be punished for their mismanagement of the funds deployed. No bonus for this group of civil servants. Cannot perform badly and still get handsome bonuses every year without fail.

In the private sector all these heads would have rolled pain pain
