China has been flying increased number of warplanes jnto Taiwan airspace ignoring calls to de-escalate. These incursions have grown in number and frequency.



Xi Jin Ping has called for military to be ready and capable  for invasion in 2027.



The main deterrent for a Chinese attack is the US 7th Fleet.
In the past US say it is strategically ambiguous to placate China sensitivity.

But Russian aggression against Ukraine woke everyone up. The West has been complacent sleeping since the last majir war taking for granted that peace is a given and aggressive nations like Russia will stay dormant. But Russia a friend of China chose to start a war using various pretext.

Given this back drop Biden, dropped the ambiguity and stated in no uncertain terms  that US will defend Taiwan from attack by China.

If Pelosi give into threats by China, it will show weakness casting doubt on US commitment... this will remove the deterrent effect of US promise and the path to war will be quicker. If they are not tough on those who plan to attack others, it is a dangerous position to take. 

The best way for China to pull Taiwan back is through economic integration. Just like EU becoming wealthy draw pulled in many countries from the Soviet Bloc. If China's per capita is so far below Taiwan, there will be no natural desire from Taiwanese to part of China. One example is the China tech boom that drew thousands of talented Taiwanese to the mainland. Who killed the tech boom? Xi...Xi only knows threat and force which is the archaic language of old communists.

The communists from China tried to destabilise Singapore through United front activities. They interfere in our region causing  insurgency.

Those who trust and believe the communists please open your eyes. Look around. Singapore is a wealthy successful state because we did not fall into their hands.

China has again shown its bellicose nature when facing weaker opponents.

Singapore is wealthy and successful because we break away from your homeland Malaysia. Please study your history.

If communists took over Singapore the country is ruined.

Always remember what LKY tells us of the communists. They hide in the dark...sabotage the work of others and spend their effort on getting power.

If Singapore is part of Malaysia, then Singapore is doomed. China become the no. 2 world economy under the Communist. Nothing to do with Communist. It's the people leading the country that matters. If Malaysians lead Singapore, Singapore will be done for.

China US 2nd largest economy by sheer size not high per capita income get your facts right.

Malaysia per capita income is on par with China   not worse.

China got huge population. U use per capital income is just trying to talk down China's achievement.
