My colleagues were talking about this and it is a good idea to add HDB in these private estates like Siglap, Bukit Timah and Teben Gardens. However, supermarket and coffee shops at these HDB void deck will make it better.

Now not enough kids to attend school so PAP convert them to billion dollars flats to cater to more foreigners. This is really a fark up gov 100x worst than Malaysia.

Yeah, need to have shops on the ground floor. Else quite jialat. Need to take one station to Expo or two stations to Tampines to buy stuff.
