Ayah - any blur blur can also confuse a Chinese province as a "country". 

Once I was also a blur-blur who don't understand why need to change full kaki-green non-SAF uniform while on Ex. Starlight in "ROC"...



It was much later on that I realise we were very very special (and entitled) foreign military contingent allowed on TW Island while Beijing closed one eye for SG's own defence interest.
