Family member tested positive in morn after a polyclinic visit to settle a runny nose issue. 12 hours later still no response from MOH. Called MOH hotline to f**k them over, CSO said response might be delayed due to incoming heavy case-load. So moi called 995 to get scdf ambulance to bring moi family member to TTSH, cos don't want to wait for MOH response liao.
Moi whole family also didn't receive QO yet, dunno if tmr morning can go market to at least get food supplies and breakfast.

The guidelines are there since day1. Doctor at clinic blur case , didn't call for ambulance to ward patient after being tested positive for Covid.
