I get very pissed off with our govt when I see these kinds of prices. Didn't they see what happened in HK when house prices rose faster than salary? Don't just look at short-term gains!

This explains why PAP must import more foreigners to become PR to buy resale flats so that BTO flat price can remain high.
If there is no foreigner to become PR, there will be no demand for resale flats and resale flat price will drop.
Your high resale flat price is possible because PAP need to convert more foreigners into PR.
It means high flat price will mean more increase of foreigners in Singapore.

surely is PR buy , like one of my relative sold his 5 rm at 900k++ before that he never want to sell got people also PR wanna offer 1 million. That time he never agreed as that time BTO flats been release he don't feel like it.

HDB is selling at inflationary price because it also want to join to max profit just like the hawkers, supermart, ntuc fp etc.

Buyers: So expensive means mostly FTs & PRs buy
Sellers: Who can be sure that they can sell the same BTO residence for $1Million 10 years later?
( 5 years wait + 5 years living in there)

Again these property companies selling again , Recently saw tv they got hold seminar yet again how to invest what to invest when to invest property
Now new rules , " Prime location need to own at least 8 years if I get it right the number " Not 5 years.
