They are always one step behind Singapore. Singapore already done that and the wealthy foreign businessmen have established businesses here. Now these business people need talented workers and Singapore is already into their second step to attract Top Global Talents for these wealthy businessmen......

why would they migrate to malaysia when they at any time can change policies?
