Lai liao lai liao.
Huat for US weapons makers.
US economy is safe.
After delivery China can takeover
US won't sell very advanced weapons to Taiwan, for fear that they'll be taken over China in the future.

But the sold outdated ones Taiwan will still need to pay a premium for them.
Maybe Taiwan can pay them yearly. The equipment will be in the US. When needed in the next few years then send it over.

Equipment sales earn the most.

US arms coy had been making $ for over 20 years in Afghanistan...the difference is, unlike the Taiwanese, the Afghans, who hardly can feed themselves, got the weapons using US tax payers...

After years of arms sales and American training, the Afghanistan story is hardly mentioned in TW media today..
