Many of them just buy condo, esp near MRT Station

after that 6 or 12 mths instead

HK used to be a safe haven for crooks from China. Now they see that the days of HK as their safe haven from China's law is numbered, they run road quickly before they are exposed......

Rental and security in Singapore are better than in Hong Kong.
