Possible. Customer looking at the value of replacement if SERS.

Overheard a few discussing that they may wanna target older flats for SERS replacenent priority.

Bedok and Marine Parade HDB under the radar of these buyers.

Now Mr Lawerence may only give 30 yrs for owner who HDB flat is 70 Yr old....just like AMK.

I stay near Handy Road, many times I go cafes there and listen to what these young buyers are thinking.
