SINGAPORE - As Changi Airport Group (CAG) and low-cost carrier Jetstar remain locked in talks over the latter's move to Terminal 4, aviation analysts said the airport holds almost all the cards in the negotiations.
They noted that Jetstar may have little choice but to eventually move its operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 4, as Changi is effectively Singapore's only commercial airport. There is also little risk of Jetstar pulling out of Singapore as the air hub remains key to the group's operations, they said.

t4 is out of the way. will be very inconvinient if need to transfer another flight to t1,t2, t3.
only bus is available between t4 and other terminal. bus frequency not high too.
Low class cheapo airlines trying to pull a fast one to get compensation for the move …. They are not call budget for nothing …. like bloody scoot. Trying book scoot for next month online ….. gave up …. stick back with SQ

is often 20% to 50% cheaper than us buying air-tix in Singapore

T1-t3 are linked up together but t4 is on its own, isolated, hard for passengers to access.Changi Airport should extend its sky train to T4 before urging more airlines relocate there.
Furthermore 4 is not a lucky number to many Chinese Sporeans.
Maybe Jetstar will choose to relocate to Johor Senai airport?

Not sure why, but it seem many FT sespecially those from Asia region considered our T4 as low SES terminal, to them T1 more high SES for they prefer to fly\land their flight in T1 instead lor.
When the custom called me to confirm I will be collecting a shipment, the caller ID shows AirIndia. Very strange. I dare not pick up and they thought there is no reply.
