The lofty property prices are starting to sink.
But will there be trouble?

Last time this happened banks got into  trouble and contagion spread worldwide taking down everything.

It is rather stupid and absolutely incompetent if this happens again. 

Much of the problem linked to sub prime and mortgage securitisation. ...in the last round and failure of govt tk monitor and regulate.
