The annual inflation rate in Moldova climbed further to 34.3 percent in August of 2022 from 33.6 percent in the prior month.

inflation data is made up of everything including services.... imagine the >10% is driven by basic needs such as food and energy..... so you can imagine the cost of just staying alive has really gone up a lot for Europe..

and to counter the supply side inflation - central banks are increasing rate aggressively to kill demand (which in this case is energy and food - meaning FED is forcing you to eat less and work less)... therefore increasing mortgage cost and rent... people starting to go on the street to protest for higher salary... creating even more service related inflation...
