I have one Samsung phone that has bloated battery too. Once bloated it became dead.

Another Samsung phone that kept power up and down when it could not find the network. This happened when I traveled in India from one city to a remote town when it could not find a network. This was not as scarily than when it happened when I took an internal flight in India. The phone continued to power up and down until it became very hot. I was so frightened that the battery would explode in the plane.
From then on, I would remind myself to turn off the phone before entering the airport.

Either change the battery or the hand phone.

Mine is  HW. 
Good from the beginning and
Good until now..

Same as Apple lah. Never overcharging your electronic gadgets.

How come Andriod phones use bigger Ram than Iphones.

Android phone min 8G ram,
Mostly 12G ram

Iphone still use 4G ram.
For Iphone Pro model, will be 6GB ram

the main reason is one is a native platform for code to run directly, another is interpreted platform so need to translate the code first.
