Well, death cafe was started in Britain and spread around the world. Healthy people will not go but it is a gathering place for  these who suffer from terminal diseases to chatchit together and share experience, which is not a bad thing.

You know many dying people are very lonely and sad, they need someone to talk to and share their sorrow.

By talking about death with people with similar background, death is no longer fearful.
