I see BKK condo so cheap, rent SGD $500 ++ for studio or 1 room unit

spolit with choice

JB $500 cannot get this kind and quality of life (walking distance to BTS/MRT/food/7-11 or even mall)
when compare with other cities like JB, KL or even other Thai cities. BKK condo rental seem unbelievable cheap

like this one, fully furnished, 2mins to BTS., 7-11 besides and only $600 ! how those landlord made monies wan ?

the name "forest city" already tell you the abandon city will eventually be claim by jungle and forest
