Poor upbringing of a child who became adult will behave like this...for me, I always felt uneasy not seeing litters into dustbin even at home, even if there's a tiny paper on the floor, and if I miss the dustbin, I will pick it up and throw inside dustbin.

Those who are caught littering should be slapped with a CWO (Corrective Works Order), so that they can be shamed in public, not fine only, cos they can easily pay the fine.....

They are just plain lazy. Old times the enforcement is much effective and people are scared.

i actually saw this in real time, so I came out to tell him nicely not to litter. if he dont pick it up, then will report to NEA ...
he was NOT HAPPY but he picked up.
as HE walked away, can still say to me " so serious, meh?"
so i replied - "great example you are for your kid"
anyway, scumbag, i saved you a minimum of $300
there have been a few instances where some kenna fined then they came to me and ask
"why never tell me?"
yet SO MANY times, when i go and tell people on the spot, they deny, play punk, wanna fight etc
and some of these are so called "educated" .....
after this last incident, not gonna waste my time anymore.
just report and you litter bugs can learn from paying fines
