Yes it was a mistake amplified by US Fed rate hike tsunami.

The mistake was made when Fed flood the world with easy money ....and now has to reverse course.

That was the main mistake. Everything else derive from the Fed mistake...and actions to correct t its mistake.

Weaker debt ridden economies like Pakistan and Sri Lanka has collapsed....

In the past Fed action led to 1998 Asian Fianncial Crisis but this time we got wiser and smarter especially Indonesia which is this yr's safe haven from Wall Street mayhem.

The banking system which collapsed in 2008 appear to be stronger with both Credit Suisse and Deutche passing the recent test.

What breaks we don't know but can be anywhere ...it just happen and engulf the system ....then we know the name of the mess ...

At least now you are more balance in your view ... it's refresing to hear this!

Maybe that bad lousy influencer Talk Cock kokee MIA - the intensity of hatred against the Chinese people has somewhat mitigated!
Hehehehe now Biden chewed on US's strongest ally - UK!

Let this be a lesson learnt by UK and EU there are no friends or foes with US- only self interest: and in this case the interest of US!
.... and a WAKE UP call to kokee shitexchange ROFLMAO grotesqueness revealer and teaserteam!

If US can chew on UK and EU - what do you think US and you bunch of poor, non influential, middle income earners or maybe retirees relationship to each other is like?! You are too insignificant- absolutely useless to US!
What is unsaid about these mistakes is how in both the US and UK, the central bank's decisions are not set by the ministry of finance. They are not accountable to each other. BoE has to clear the chancellor's sh!t. Fed has to clear Biden's sai.
How does he know it's a mistake? In fact, no one really knows. They just thought it's a mistake. Perhaps, if carried through it may turn out not to be a mistake. Remember, experts are often wrong.
