Actually the pap probably got mixed up.

This is what their CECA partner India has been asking from them......based on their understanding of CECA....

from their patterns, there are a few possibilities.
1. they also have no answers for it.
2. they just give some numbers to confuse. (wayang)

They are accountable to the whole lots of Singaporeans, not only to LMW and Hazel Poa.  All Singaporeans want an answer too.  Are they so dumb as not to answer.  No answer is deemed to have loop holes.
