I doubt a GCB. Even if she does two terms, maybe cam fully paid. But maintenance will be tough thereafter.

I can't recall the details but when she announced she shifting out of HDB, there was a CSI done and some agent revealed that the property was purchased weeks before her presidential election. Along those lines..
I wil never donate to a President charity whom I hv not voted for. I shd hv been entitled a right to choose my choice of President. If she kind at heart, she shd donate at least 2 mths of her salary to this charity.
