i can listen on headphone  when play u tube via bluetooth
but when on zoom meeting headphone is silent ,sound still come out fr the notebk  speaker

driver problem reinstall

Very Simple.

Always switch on the bluetooth for headphone first before opening the zoom app.
If you do the reverse, sometimes, you will have problem connecting with your bluetooth audio device.

I think your windows 10 giving you problem.
Choose the bluetooth driver for headphone.
Windows bluetooth default driver may not be fully compatible with your headphone bluetooth driver.

Bluetooth device normally using 2.4Ghz frequency.
Many appliances also using this frequency.
It may also cause interference to your bluetooth device.

If problem still persists, change your acer network card with better BT version.

This one damn good.
Laptop network card normally got 2 sizes.
Make sure your laptop network card is the same shape as the picture below
