Youngster now a days want " make a fast cash " See parents stall every day got business so take over do.
Is kinda hard to find those kids take over their parents stall YET can maintain the standards.

actually to be honest if you like to cook and happen parents into Hawker or in F&B one , usually you will carry on IF their parents stall daily intake earn a lot than isn't wiser to carry on your parents business than ownself open one or worst work for others.
But as I have mention, so far I see not say a lot 2nd gen can managed the same standards. Partly their lifestyle different from their parents. Been Hawker have to wake up early if you want to maintain the standard, every ingredients , sauce have to self made NOT buy instant ones , I know some use instant ones but will add " their own ingredients to make it special "
Just recently my side got one stall daily got Q one, now they take a long break till mid nov , Must be going holiday. Taking a good break after earn so much.

I hv been patronising this stall and is stil tasty and delicious. Don’t forget that One man meat is another man poison.
Makan last week, satay sauce still good and tasty as manufactured by their sister company
