the hawker should learn how to take large order.
if cannot handle, don't accept.
seetoh should teach them if he thinks that he wants to help.
1. Need a centralise kitchen if need to have such big order
2. Enough manpower
3. Different class of nea hawker license
4. Certification needed

Now when prices going up , ppl shouldn't complain.
No problem for him to speak up for the hawkers, but the way he put across his msg is always like demanding people to do this do that.
Seriously 45 bowls of noodles will require time to prepare lah. The order took 1hr, it means on avg the hawker took less than 2mins to cook noodle, mix, add ingredients and pack. Even if the buyer came down on his/her own also takes more than 1hr...
Cook instant noodles also need 3mins... Try 45 bowls of instant noodles...

There should be limit to how many bowls one can order for this sort of delivery.
Any more than the limit should be pre order arrangement.....both sides wrong
