Why dun he operate based on résult, and not charge anything unless the result is positive or at least neutral

Or get a penalty if the result is negative?

Aiyoh. Where got doctor like that.... After consultation, tell them must operate immediately...tomorrow. And must pay a big lump sum ( IIRC, $50000) by that night.
Some more , they say must pay hard cash for consultations. Why ar? So there's no record?

But if course if operate on patients that other doctors deem too dangerous to be operated on, surely some will have bad outcomes, more so than for other surgeons.
