The victim looks like China-chinese or foreign-chinese. The houseowner already said this middle-aged sinkie neighbour had already harassed his previous group of foreign tenants until they moved out from his flat and now this sinkie neighbour is harrassing this existing foreign tenant(looks like China-chinese).

I think this is a case of a singaporean-chinese that is racist against china-chinese and this middle-aged sinkie just want to purposely harass the china-chinese neighbour.

Recently, a local-born indian was investigated by police for making racist remarks against a india-indian. It is high time that all those singaporean-chinese that purposely harass china-chinese or make racist insults against China-chinese should also be treated as displaying racism against china-chinese too.

The authorities should be fair and cannot be double-standard, cannot be only protect India people from harassment by singaporeans india-haters but condone harassment against China people by singaporeans china-haters)

I had this bad experience too.  Hv shifted in my new home a few mths ago and this old auntie above my unit keep dragging chairs and table as early as 5.00 am.  Sometimes, even past 11.00pm.  Very irritating.  Confronted her and keep insisting workers at roof top are making the noises.

Becos it is inside one own house, nothing you can do except complain to TC , police etc.

This got nothing to do with racism.  How do you bear with it if your upper unit is making lots of banging sound and dragging furnitures at late nites

1) The houseowner already said he went back to the flat unit to check on the so-called timings whereby this troublemaker sinkie neighbour said got banging sounds in the unit but found that there are no one inside the unit during those timings.

2) this same sinkie racist neighbour had also previously harassed his previous group of foreign-chinese tenants until they terminate the lease and move out!

3) Also a normal human being won't behave in such a violent and combative way to go kick the neighbour's door unless he purposely want to harass this neighbour.

All these 3 points already proved this sinkie is racist against china-chinese and he purposely wants to harass the china-chinese neighbours!

Im on the top floor but every once and then hear loud chilli pounding noise above after midnight. Called police many times. Turn out the culprick was on 3rd floor. After many warnings by all neighbors....less pounding after midnight....but till today it still happened.
