Didn't US claimed it is to establish a democratic nation with human right in Afghanistan?

What basis to say they kill American first? Isn't US the nation who is involved in war and killing in all the 250 years since white American attacked and killed Red Indian in America and the killing continued even 250 years later except about 16 years in it's history. The killing continued from Iraq, Seria until Afghanistan, etc

Those who say killing children and civilians is ok. If your own children or relatives are killed, what would you say?
