I have met many citizens and I found almost all work as cleaners either in market, shopping centres, condo, schools etc; a few as security.
Is there no other decent jobs for them?

Maybe the question should be why SG senior citizens cannot be like other countries where they can spend their retirement time walking in the garden and nature enjoying fresh air and not worried about their daily expanses.

Actually public transport should be free for the seniors, at least for certain hours of the day. That will relieve quite a bit of load on them.

Sg may not that serious but certainly require part time job or short term job to ensure live style is sustainable.
