The beef have to cut against the "grain", then use payaya enzyme to soften for half hour to be soft to eat.

Recipe is too complicated to type. Many ingredients and I just roughly add or based on what I have. Need chilli PADI, green chilli, capsicum, chuck tender, kailan, black bean, oyster sauce, seament oil, dark soy sauce, garlic, onion.
