A circus normally doesnt have so many clowns, some are actually puppets?
It is possible there's no likelihood to find anyone as capable as the old man and perhaps hard to find someone as acceptable as the son?
So since the 3 of them willing to fill the slots then why not let them try and move all 3 to DPMs same same time because each got plus points, and each got some points need improvements?
