They dislike working monotonous 9 to 5pm daily job. With AI will be in place in the coming future. We actually do not need so many human workers. But first we need to have a Technology breakthrough on energy first as AI needs lot of energy before it can be fully implemented.
The bigger problem now is the current team mostly are from the old gen. They always think what they are doing now is good for the ppl. Time will give an answer but it will be too late. They will not understand how the new gen mindset. If we dont go and make changes right now. We will be in trouble in the future.
