Those Bedok landed house owners might be piss off. Morning soon cannot see greenery opposite.

I think they will be happy because there will be hawker centers, wet markets, Fair Price, Sheng Siong, shops and other conveniences nearby once the deforested area is covered by high density sky high BTO flats. Their properties prices will also rise with these new developments. .... Big Grin

Nonsense rah. They don't like commercial real estate around their landed houses next included BTO flats.

Partly they used to the Quiet surroundings. You see Nassim road, etc Atas landed house surroundings got any commercial buildings or bto flats build nearby?

even the next big project while the old mediacorp caldecott building been demolish , the area will be building many landed houses.
The area there also don't have commercial buildings or BTO flats nearby

but there will be BTO Flats around Caldecott MRT in future.

Cannot say will never have rah. Who knows if the White Paper for 10 million population prepared by Liu Tai Ker is approved, all those landed areas you mentioned can be surrounded by high density sky scrapping BTOs. ..... Big Grin
