Hope NTUC consider to give  blue Chas card holders more discount instead only 3 % on Thursday.

Didn't know NTUC gives discounts on thursday. Thought only Mondays to Wednesdays.

Anyway I don't hold CHAS card.

yah lah..................we know you very rich lah................only got gold, platinum and titanium cards lah..............

The Mayors will just need to remove the use of Mendeka card in all NTUC to offset the cost. If they are really in need, get them to apply for CHAS card for only those without condo/ bungalow instead.
